I understand how important it is to use my legs when bending and standing. I appreciate learning the technique of pushing up through the heels. I thought I should only use my quadriceps, but now realize the back of the foot also helps take the strain off my back and keep it properly placed in my legs. Thank you!
Dr Craig is so great at what he does. My daughter and I have seen him for several years now and he has helped both of us tremendously. He came highly recommended when my daughter who was 10 at the time ran in to a hip issue. She plays club soccer and was having a lot of pain. I was very skeptical about taking a child in for chiropractic care but I was assured that he did not manually adjust instead uses small handheld tools for adjustments. Needless to say after 1 visit her hip was better. Thank you Dr Craig!
